The 2023 edition of the Big E takes place September 15^th through October 1^st. The Big E Mardi Gras Band performs daily in the Big E Mardi Gras parade. On weekends, they stroll around the Fairgrounds and entertain the crowd with a variety of music, and also take requests. The band performs all original Mardi Gras music like you would hear in New Orleans. The musical selections also include music by Chicago, Bobby Vinton, The Beatles, The Turtles, Roger Miller, Tom Jones and your favorite Irish, Italian and Polish music.

Members of this musical ensemble are: Jim Beucke, Trumpet; Charlie Bongiovi, Guitar; George David, Clarinet and Saxophone; Paul Grzebueniowski, Accordian; Mark Turcotte, Trombone, and Joe Annis, Drums.
