A Guide to Registration

ONLINE: 

Online registration is the fastest way to sign up for Summer Programs. We recommend using this option to ensure your spot. Please note that registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis.

• Visit our online registration site HERE
• Log in with your credentials. We recommend you contact the Park & Recreation Office (parkandrec@tows.org) prior to registration in order to verify your username and password. If you do not have an account, send an email to parkandrec@tows.org and we will assist you in setting up an account. 
• Choose the programs in which you wish to register your child. Add them to the cart and checkout. 
• Continue to the payment screen. This will allow you to use a Visa/MasterCard to pay for your programs. 
• Check your email! Additional Paperwork (Form A(PDF, 508KB) ) will be emailed to you. You must complete and return this paperwork within 48 hours. This form is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT and your child cannot attend any programs until it is complete. A complete Record of Immunizations from your child's physician is also REQUIRED! 

IN-PERSON: 

The second best option for registration is bringing your paperwork and payment (cash/check) into the Town Hall. Visit the Park & Recreation office Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00AM - 4:00PM. A staff member will assist you. Please note that registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis. 

• Complete a Registration Form (Form A(PDF, 508KB) )
• Attach a complete Record of Immunizations from your child's physician
• Acceptable forms of payment: cash or check ONLY. Make checks payable to: "Town of West Springfield"
• A Park & Recreation Staff member will process your transaction and give you a receipt.

DROP BOX:

 Using the White Drop Box located on the median outside of the Town Hall is the next best option for registration. Please note that registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis, and this box is only checked twice a day. 

• Complete a Registration Form (Form A(PDF, 508KB) )
• Attach a complete Record of Immunizations from your child's physician
• Make checks payable to: "Town of West Springfield"
• Write "Park & Recreation Department" on the front of the envelope
• Place in the White Drop Box located outside of the Town Hall at 26 Central St. in West Springfield, MA
• Check your email! The Park & Recreation Office will email you your registration confirmation. We will also reach out via email if Form A is incomplete or should a program offering be full. 

MAIL-IN: 

Mailing in your paperwork is the last option for registration. Please note that registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis.

• Attach a complete Record of Immunizations from your child's physician
• Make checks payable to: "Town of West Springfield"
