A Notice From Republic Services: Below is the new schedule given by Republic Services as of 12/5/19:

Wednesday 12/4 running our Monday 12/2 route

Thursday 12/5 we will run our Tuesday 12/3 route

Friday 12/6 we will run our Wednesday 12/4 route

Saturday 12/7 we will run our Thursday 12/5 route 

Monday 12/9 we will run our Friday 12/6 route and our Monday 12/9 route and by the end of the day we will be back on our normal schedule  

Tuesday 12/10 we will run our Tuesday 12/10 route

Wednesday 12/11 we will run our Wednesday 12/11 route

Thursday 12/12 we will run our Thursday 12/12 route

Friday 12/13 we will run our Friday 12/13 route

Saturday 12/14 we will not run

Clark Field Banner Campaign - Opportunity & Information

West Springfield Public Schools Superintendent Michael Richard invites businesses/merchants/restaurants/establishments to partner with the district in its effort to showcase local businesses/merchants and generate operational funds for the district.  The Clark Field Banner Campaign is an opportunity to promote a business with a banner at Clark Field and support the West Springfield Public Schools community.  

Clark Field is the home turf/track for several West Springfield High School athletics teams, including football, field hockey, boys/girls soccer, boys/girls lacrosse, and boys/girls track and field, and also numerous athletics tournaments/playoffs and regional athletics events, such as the Steele Relays.  The athletics events attract hundreds of West Springfield families, community members, and area residents throughout the year, and in the summer, the Park and Recreation Department offers access to the track for residents.  In short, a banner at Clark Field is an excellent marketing tool for your business.     

Please consider participating in the Clark Field Banner Campaign ($500 annual cost) and supporting the West Springfield Public Schools by completing the Advertising Contract (link below).  Checks for the Clark Field Banner Campaign can be mailed to Superintendent’s Office, West Springfield Public Schools, 26 Central Street, West Springfield, MA 01089, attention: Margaret Butera.  Contributions are tax deductible.  A receipt with Tax ID can be provided upon request by calling 413-263-3303.

Kindly direct any questions about the banner advertising program to Margaret Butera in our Business Office at butera@wsps.org or 263-3303, should you wish to participate in this endeavor.  All banner contracts will be greatly appreciated and publicly recognized.
