Collector Treasurer Division

The office of the Treasurer now has a database to serve as a notice to owners of checks issued by the Town of West Springfield which have not been cashed and are deemed abandoned.

A Municipal Lien Certificate is a legal document that lists all taxes, assessments, and utility charges that are unpaid on each parcel.

You can mail your request and payment to:

Certificate Fees:

• $25- Condominiums, Residential Homes (Single, Two, Three) and Land
• $100- Multiple Dwellings, Apartment Building
• $150- Commercial Properties, Exempt Properties
