Where do I pay a town bill? 

At the Town Collector, on the first floor of Town Hall at 26 Central Street, or you can pay online for real estate, personal property, excise tax, and water & sewer bills. www.tows.org/how-do-i-pay The Assessor's office also offers help with real estate tax and auto excise tax and abatement.

Register for Town Alerts

The Town of West Springfield has partnered with Nixle to implement its Community Notification System to alert residents in real-time for localized emergency situations and relevant community advisories. This system will replace our existing robo call system and we are urging our West Springfield Residents to enroll in our new alert system.

As a resident, there are two simple ways to register:

How do I submit a property complaint?

As the Blight Task Force continues to address these blighted properties, we ask the community to please utilize this online application to submit blight inquiries in an effort to streamline the complaint process so that the Blight Task Force can more efficiently combat blight and better improve the neighborhood.

How do I register to vote, get a document notarized, or volunteer on a commission? 

At the Town Clerk, on the first floor of Town Hall at 26 Central Street. There are several notaries in Town Hall.

Where do I find property information?

Take a look at the Town of West Springfield Online Property Viewer for information on properties in West Springfield.

When is trash / recycling pick up? 

A guide to pick-ups is mailed in the beginning of the year, but can also be picked up at the Department of Public Works at Town Hall, or accessed online on the Public Works Department Page

How do I keep up with Town news and updates? 

Check out our Town's website, or follow the Town on Facebook! The Mayor posts videos weekly with updates. You can also watch council meetings and some committee meetings through Public Access TV.
