You have multiple options for registration! Take a look at the information below:  

• If registering online, make sure you have your Username and Password to your online account:

  Online registration is our recommended registration method. Click here to see if you can access your account or to set one up. Should you need help with your username/password or setting up an account, contact the Park & Recreation Department by emailing parkandrec@tows.org so you can have your credentials ready to go.

• Locate your child's Birth Certificate if registering for the first time:

  For first time participants, a Birth Certificate is required to be on file. Whether you register online or by mail, please get this document to us as soon as possible. To make it easy for you, you can always take a picture of the Birth Certificate and email it to parkandrec@tows.org.

• Check to see if additional paperwork is needed:

  Sometimes programs will need paperwork (like a Medical History Form) in addition to a registration form. Check your program's webpage to see if this applies.

ONLINE:

Online Registration is the fastest way to sign up for our programs. We recommend using this option to ensure your spot. 

Please Note: Registrations are processed on a first come first serve basis.

• Click here to reach our Online Registration Site
• Log in with your credentials. We recommend you contact the Park & Recreation Office (parkandrec@tows.org) prior to registration in order to verify your username & password. If you do not have an account, send an email to parkandrec@tows.org and we will assist you in setting up an account. 
• Choose the programs in which you wish to register your child. Add them to the cart and checkout. 
• Continue to the payment screen. This will allow you to use a credit/debit card to pay for your programs.
• Check your email! Approximately 1 week prior to the start of a program, an informational newsletter will be emailed to you.

IN-PERSON: 

A second option for registration is bringing your paperwork and payment (cash/check ONLY) into the Town Hall. Stop by the Park & Recreation Office Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00AM - 4:30PM. A staff member will assist you.

• Download and complete the registration form for the program you wish to sign up for.
• Make checks payable to "Town of West Springfield," or pay in cash.
• Check your email! The Park & Recreation Office will email you your registration confirmation. Approximately 1 week prior to the start of the program, an informational newsletter will be emailed to you. 

DROP BOX:

Using the White Drop Box located on the median outside of the Municipal Office Building (Town Hall) is the next best option for Registration. Please note that registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis. 

• Download and complete the registration form for the program you wish to sign up for.
• Make checks payable to "Town of West Springfield."
• Write "Park & Recreation Department" on the front of a blank envelope. 
• Place in the White Drop Box located outside of the Municipal Office Building (Town Hall) at 26 Central St. in West Springfield, MA. 
• Check your email! The Park & Recreation Office will email you your registration confirmation. Approximately 1 week prior to the start of the program, an informational newsletter will also be emailed to you. 

MAIL-IN:

Mail in is the final option for registration. Please note that registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis. 

• Download and complete the registration form for the program you wish to sign up for.
• Make checks payable to "Town of West Springfield."
• Mail to: West Springfield Park & Recreation Department, 26 Central Street - Suite 19, West Springfield, MA 01089
• Check your email! Approximately 1 week prior to the start of the program, an informational newsletter will also be emailed to you.

Financial Waivers/Policy 

It is the policy of the Park and Recreation Commission that the inability to pay a fee should not deter any child who wishes to participate in a program from doing so. Families wishing to apply for financial assistance may do so in person at the Park and Recreation office. Please include the following documents when filing for financial assistance: proof of residency, proof of household members, proof of income.

If you would like to apply for Financial Assistance, please download and fill out the Financial Assistance Application 2026-2027. Send completed form and images of the necessary documents to parkandrec@tows.org. A Park & Recreation Office Staff member will reach out via email to let you know the status of your application.
