West Springfield Town Pools will OPEN on Monday, June 23, 2025 for the season!
Refresh from the summer heat! The Park & Recreation Department operates two pools during the summer, Alice Corson Water Park and Memorial Pool. Both pools are scheduled to open June 23rd and operate daily through August 17th. Alice Corson Water Park and Memorial Pool are open to West Springfield residents at no charge. Proper identification is required to verify West Springfield residency! Non-Residents are welcome to utilize both pools for a nominal charge per entry.

POOL INFORMATION – HOW TO’S:
- West Springfield residents are allowed in the pools for free as long as they provide a valid proof of West Springfield residency (Driver’s License/Government Issued ID with West Springfield address, utility bill from the Town, child’s report card, School ID)
- Non-residents are welcome to utilize the Town pools for a nominal fee:
- Children 0 - 2 years of age ~ No Charge
- Children 3 - 15 years of age ~ $3 per person
- Adults 16 years of age - 55 years of age ~ $4 per person
- Adults 56+ years of age ~ $2 per person

POOL RULES AND REGULATIONS ~ 2025

Town pools are open to West Springfield Residents (free with proof of residency) and to Non-Residents (for a nominal fee – listed above)

Children under the age of 8 years must be accompanied by a person 16 years of age or older.

No one with a communicable disease, or an open, weeping wound permitted in the pool.

Bathing suits must be worn in the pool. No diapers permitted. Disposable swim diapers or reusable swim diapers permitted. Please dispose of soiled diapers in designated containers.

All bathers are required to take a cleansing shower before entering the pool.

Shoes are not permitted on the pool deck.

Food and beverages allowed in designated areas only. Glass bottles or containers are not permitted.

No smoking or vaping on the premises.

No running in buildings or pool areas.

No pushing, pulling, or piggybacking in the pool or on deck.

No holding or hanging onto another individual while in the water is allowed. Parents can hold small children in their arms.

No spitting.

No foul language.

Memorial Pool - Diving in designated areas only. No jumping feet first into the pool.

Main St. Pool - No jumping/diving allowed.
-
No towel snapping or any other activity that may compromise the safety of participants.

No swim fins, snorkels, or any inflatable devices allowed.

Coast Guard approved life jackets ONLY.

Two long whistles by a lifeguard – exit the pool immediately.
