Wolverines Football

The West Springfield Suburban Youth Football Association, sponsored by the West Springfield Park & Recreation Department, will hold sign ups April 26 - July 7, 2023 for the Fall youth tackle football season. 

Registrations are open to children ENTERING into the following Grades in September 2023: 

 

PEE WEES - Entering Grades 3 & 4

JUNIORS - Entering Grades 5 & 6

SENIORS - Entering Grades 7 & 8

 

Registration Fees: 

West Springfield Resident Fee: $85.00

Non-Resident Fee: $160.00

July 7th is the FINAL sign up day!! NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!

Online:

Online registration is the fastest way to register for programs. We recommend using this option to ensure your spot, as registrations are processed first come, first served.

  • Click here to reach out Online Registration Site
  • Log in with your credentials. Contact the Park & Recreation Office (parkandrec@tows.org) in order to verify your username and password or to get help setting up an account. 
  • Choose "WOLVERINES FOOTBALL," pick the league you are interested in, add to cart, and check out. 
  • Continue to the payment screen. This will allow you to use a credit/debit card to pay for your programs. 
  • Check your email! Approximately 1 week prior to the start of the program, an informational newsletter will be emailed to you.

A second option for registration is bringing your paperwork and payment (cash/check ONLY) into the Town Hall. Visit the Park & Recreation Office Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00AM - 4:30PM. A staff member will assist you.

  • Download and complete either the SAFL New(PDF, 519KB)  or Returning(PDF, 434KB) Player Registration Form. NEW Players MUST include a copy of a BIRTH CERTIFICATE! 
  • Make checks payable to "Town of West Springfield," or pay in cash.
  • Check your email! The Park & Recreation Office will email you your registration confirmation. Approximately 1 week prior to the start of the program, an informational newsletters will also be emailed to you.

Using the White Drop Box located on the median outside of the Municipal Office Building (Town Hall) is the next best option for Registration. Please note that registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis. 

  • Download and complete either the SAFL New(PDF, 519KB) or Returning(PDF, 434KB)  Player Registration Form. NEW Players MUST include a copy of a BIRTH CERTIFICATE! 
  • Make checks payable to "Town of West Springfield."
  • Write "Park & Recreation Department" on the front of a blank envelope.
  • Place in the White Drop Box located outside of the Municipal Office Building (Town Hall) at 26 Central St. in West Springfield, MA. 
  • Check your email! The Park & Recreation Office will email you your registration confirmation. Approximately 1 week prior to the start of the program, an informational newsletter will also be emailed to you.
