Tackle Football - West Side Wolverines

Online:

Online registration is the fastest way to register for programs. We recommend using this option to ensure your spot, as registrations are processed first come, first served. July 11th is the FINAL day to sign up! NO EXCEPTIONS will be made!

• Log in with your credentials. Contact the Park & Recreation Office (parkandrec@tows.org) in order to verify your username and password or to get help setting up an account. 
• Choose "WOLVERINES FOOTBALL," pick the league you are interested in, add to cart, and check out. 
• Continue to the payment screen. This will allow you to use a credit/debit card to pay for your programs. 
• Check your email! Approximately 1 week prior to the start of the program, an informational newsletter will be emailed to you.
• Don't forget to complete a Football Medical History Form(PDF, 274KB) and turn in a copy of your child's Birth Certificate to parkandrec@tows.org if your player has never played with the Wolverines before! 

In-Person:

A second option for registration is bringing your paperwork and payment (cash/check ONLY) into the Town Hall. Visit the Park & Recreation Office Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00AM - 4:30PM. A staff member will assist you. July 11th is the FINAL day to sign up! NO EXCEPTIONS will be made!

• Complete a 2025 Tackle Football Registration Form(PDF, 2MB)
• Make checks payable to "Town of West Springfield," or pay in cash.
• Check your email! The Park & Recreation Office will email you your registration confirmation. Approximately 1 week prior to the start of the program, an informational newsletter will also be emailed to you.
• Don't forget to additionally turn in a copy of your child's Birth Certificate to parkandrec@tows.org if your player has never played with the Wolverines before!

   

Drop Box:

Using the White Drop Box located on the median outside of the Municipal Office Building (Town Hall) is the next best option for Registration. Please note that registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis. July 11th is the FINAL day to sign up! NO EXCEPTIONS will be made!
