250th Anniversary Fireworks

Countdown to our Birthday Celebration!
West Springfield was incorporated on February 23rd, 1774. Looking to keep that spark alive, the Celebrate 250 Committee wants to throw the BIGGEST and BEST Birthday Party! This multifaceted event will seek many contributors from West Springfield Officials, volunteer groups, students, and YOU!
Yes! We know it will be cold outside but we are prepared to have a great wintery evening on Clark Field with a bunch of different entertainment, great food and yummy warm treats.
Our Birthday Celebration, Sponsored by Peoples Bank, will be a FREE event for residents to attend that will include the following amenities:
-Entertainment by the high school band/chorus
-Entertainment by a local band
-Cupcakes made by C-Tech Students
-A Celebration countdown
-All culminating with a fireworks display.

Mark your calendar for February 23rd 2024 from 6:00pm-8:30pm as this marks West Springfield’s 250th Birthday Celebration. At our Birthday Celebration, we are going to have an evening full of entertainment, food, and fireworks at our own Clark Field!
This is where you come in! We are reaching out to local businesses for our Birthday Banner Sponsorships. For your donation to the Anniversary, we are offering eight different birthday banner templates for your business to add their logo on. These will be prominently displayed on Clark Field for over 2,500+ people as part of our decorations for our celebration! Following our event, they will be sent to you as a memento of this joyous occasion.
