The Town of West Springfield has partnered with Nixle to implement its Community Notification System to alert residents in real-time for localized emergency situations and relevant community advisories. This system will replace our existing robo-call system and we are urging our West Springfield Residents to enroll in our new alert system. If you are already enrolled in the previous system, your information is automatically shifted over from the old system.
As a resident, there are two simple ways to register:
Text TOWS to 888777 from your mobile phone
Call Rachel at 413-263-3041 and she will assist you in signing up
Please also note this system is NOT just for cell phone users.
