Big E Grant is Open

The Town of West Springfield and the Eastern State Exposition is excited to announce the Big E Grant is open! This year we have rolled out a new and easy to use platform on OpenGov! This grant is designed to support local organizations and initiatives that contribute to our community’s success with funds allocated to the Town from the Eastern States Exposition.

Applications are Available on March 15th.
Applications close on May 15th.
The Committee will review and decisions will be made by the end of June.
Grant Fiscal Year will run July 1st - June30th of the following year.
If your funds are not used by the June 30th deadline they will be put back into the grant pool for the following year's applicants.
You are required to upload a W9 each year, in addition to copies of receipts, invoices, bills, and other supporting information. These are not required for submission but they will be required before funds are released.
