West Springfield, MA: Mayor William Reichelt is pleased to announce the summer schedule for his ongoing Community Hours initiative, which has been in place since he first took office in 2016. Community Hours provide residents and community stakeholders the opportunity to meet one-on-one with the Mayor to discuss local issues, share concerns, ask questions, and engage directly in shaping the future of West Springfield. This summer, Community Hours will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays in 30-minute time slots, generally between 10:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., depending on the Mayor’s availability due to other meetings or community events. “These one-on-one conversations have always been one of the most valuable parts of my role as Mayor,” said Reichelt. “Since 2016, Community Hours have allowed me to connect directly with residents in a meaningful way, and I encourage everyone to take advantage of this opportunity.” To schedule an appointment during Community Hours, please visit: tinyurl.com/MayorOfficeHours or call the office at (413) 263-3041 to make an appointment. Don’t miss this excellent opportunity to have your voice heard and help shape the future of West Springfield. ###
