If you have an existing Citizen Services Account you can login to your account. If you do not have an account already click 'Sign Up'
You will find Dog License under the Town Clerk's Services section.
If your dog is new (not previously licensed in West Springfield) you can create a new record and upload the required documents.
If you prefer to submit your dog license applications by mail or in person please use the form below. You can bring the paperwork to the Town Clerk's Office during normal business hours or leave it in the Town Clerk's Dropbox in the lobby of Town Hall.
Spayed/Neutered Dog - $10
Unaltered Dog - $20
Proof of Rabies Vaccination required. If we have your shot on file then we do not need it again. If your dog has recently been vaccinated then you must include proof of vaccination. All paperwork that is submitted will be returned to you once the license is processed.
