Registration
Registrations are processed on a first come, first served basis. Park & Recreation Staff will be available for phone/in-person registration assistance during special hours: Saturday, March 23, 2024 - 8:00AM - 11:00AM
These special hours are for WEST SPRINGFIELD RESIDENTS ONLY -
Non-Residents CANNOT register until Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
How Do I Register?
1. ONLINE: We recommend using this option. To register for programs, visit our online registration site HERE, and don't forget to submit a Form A(PDF, 580KB) and Immunization Records for your child.
2. IN - PERSON: Bring your completed paperwork (Form A(PDF, 580KB) & Immunization Records) and payment (CASH/CHECK ONLY) to the Park & Recreation Department between the hours of 8:00AM - 4:00PM, Monday - Friday, or during our special hours on Saturday, March 23, 2024 from 8:00AM - 11:00AM. Make checks payable to "Town of West Springfield"
3. DROP BOX: Bring your completed paperwork (Form A(PDF, 580KB) & Immunization Records) and payment (CHECKS ONLY) to the white drop box outside of the Town Hall (location shown below). Make checks payable to "Town of West Springfield"
*Please Note that the drop box will ONLY BE CHECKED PERIODICALLY - to ensure fast registration and to know you have secured a spot, we recommend online & in-person methods above.*
4. MAIL-IN: Completed paperwork (Form A(PDF, 580KB)& Immunization Records) and payment (MAIL CHECKS ONLY) can be sent to 26 Central St. Suite 19, West Springfield, MA 01089. Make checks payable to "Town of West Springfield"

IMPORTANT REGARDING ONLINE REGISTRATION:
Prior to registering for programs, it is CRUCIAL to remember to update your household information in your online account. Many of our programs are age and grade specific, and you WILL NOT be able to register for a program if your child's age or grade does not match the program's requirements. It is also important to check the primary email associated with your account. Email is the main form of communication to relay information on a program. Before registering, make sure your information is up to date! Contact us at parkandrec@tows.org if you need assistance with your username or password!
