UnionJack British Invasion Band is a 5 piece band based in Western Massachusetts. The band has appeared annually at the Abbey Road on the River festival, the World’s Largest Beatles Themed Music Festival annually since 2009. UnionJack has also appeared at the 2022 and 2023 International Beatleweek in Liverpool, UK, including playing 10 shows on the Famous Cavern Club Stage where the Beatles played 225 times!

UnionJack is not an imitation but a celebration of the British Invasion Groups of the 1960s: The Beatles, Stones, DC5, Moody Blues, Gerry & The Pacemakers, Searchers, Hollies, etc. They also feature the sounds of many American groups from the same period.

They appear throughout New England, and are based mainly in the great Springfield, MA region.

UnionJack has opened for such nationally known acts such as Peter Noone’s Hermans Hermits, Bo Diddley, Ritchie Havens, The Band, The Commodores and others!

The band’s members are David Lempke, Drums and Vocals, Jim Brown, Guitar and Vocals, Peter Schindelman, Bass and Vocals, Jim Stough, Guitar, Keyboards and Vocals, and Garry Santinello, Guitar and Vocals.
